Don’t bother with the KitchenAid grain mill attachment. The KitchenAid brand will not give you acceptable results and the mockmill brand attachment will require you to run your mixer so long it’ll be too hot to make with after you’re done mixing. The wonder mill or nutrimill impact are the best cost effective options, and the stand alone mockmill is great if you want the flexibility to do coarse milling like cream of wheat or polenta.

I hope you remembered to spray lots of Roundup on the wheat. I understand that's what the big farmers do.
