Somehow this got ‘lost’ in my inbox and I just read it. I’m appalled at how they treated you at AMS! I do hope your credit card company has been able to get you a refund of some sort for what they overcharged for and didn’t do, as well as the broken items. They sound like an awful company with equally awful employees. The truck fire was a warning of what they can expect when they all end up in hell, where they belong.

This happened to us when we moved 2 years ago too. I was 8 months pregnant and they showed no mercy. It was AWFUL.
