I was a little worried the search for a new cat meant Fred wasn't around any longer.
Stay away from places require those hoops for cats - in college I adopted one, paid the fee, then when the cat literally went insane the rescue woman showed up unannounced and forcefully took the cat back.
NOT worth it/
